MMA

Boxing Technical

This class will take you to the not lovel and build on the foundation you’ve already established in prior classes. This class teaches more experienced boxing skills and techniques. It includes partner, offensive and defensive drills.

KICK BOXING TECHINCAL/STRIKING (AND YOUTH KICK BOXING)

Building on your skills and technique training from prior classes. This class is designed to teach and practice both the offensive and defensive counter techniques and drills with a partner. Whether you are prepping for compotition, learning about self. Defense or just want to learn more about kickboxing, this class is for you Equipment required (shin pods, mouthpiece, and headgear).

FIGHT FIT

Train like a champion with fight fit, our one-of-a-kind class where you’ll learn basic MMA skills with a cardio kick Fight FIT simulates a real UFC Championship fight with five five minuto rounds, utilizing various equipment such as grappling dummies and hanging bags A basic class including cardio calisthenics: punch, kick knee and olbow strikes, sprawls, grounded bags, pummeling the bags, break fall bag work and core strengthening exercises.

DUT

(Daily Ultimate Training (DUT) is UFC GYMS signature high-interval interval training boot camp designed to consistently shock your system and deliver results. The focus is on safo technique and physiological function improving your overall strength and athletic ability. Each DUT class is a unique combination of modalities guaranteeing you will be challenge d to the ond. “Be prepared to sweat through speed, agility. quickness, core strength, body weight and circuit drills incorporating equipment such as battle ropes, jump rops, TRX suspension trainor, plyo boxos, kettia bolls, medicine piyo balls, and free weights.

RPM

(RPM is ground indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity, its fun, low impact you can burn up to 675 calories a session. With great music pumping and the ground spinning as one, your instructor takes you on journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. In an RPM workout you ropoatodly spin the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitnoss. RPM is a great way to build up you sense of personal achievement. You can draw on the group’s onergy and find your rhythm in the music. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level over time. It’s a journey, not a race.

BJJ+BELT GRADING (AND YOUTH BJJ)

Brazilian jiu-jitsu (BJJ) is a dynamic martial art, contact sport, and self-defense system originally or med from the traditional ground-based techniques of judo from Japan.
